Weaning and hot flashes 🔥💦
My one year old is slowly weaning from breast feeding. I’ve noticed that since around the time he cut back on daytime feedings that I get insane hot flashes, even with light, normal activity. I know there are changes of hormones involved with breastfeeding, of course, so I have been blaming it on that. I’m also 33, if that matters lol. Anyone else experience this?
