I’m 8 months pregnant. I’ve never had an electric pump even tho I’ve had three kids so I honestly have no clue how to use them. I recently got an Elvie Stride. When I received it, a plastic piece was broken into the tube which prevented the suction. I received new parts, and I was wanting to try it on one boob to make sure it’s suctioning properly, make sure I have the right flange size, and to figure out how to use it before delivery.

If it’s unsafe to test the pump I of course will wait, I was just curious if it would hurt to try it out.
