Got 1 year old a little tikes plastic slide (for ages 1-4). Our 7 year old is very upset and jealous that she can't fit on it. Despite last week her picking out a karaoke machine/Bluetooth speaker for herself.

I explained to her several times she got her karaoke machine and her toddler sister got the slide.

We live across the street from a playground where our older one plays frequently so she has a huge playground she gets to play on.

She is SO jealous that toddler sibling has a tiny slide in the house.

She keeps crying and sulking about it.

Should we ignore her or keep comforting her?
