Induction

I’m 35wks. I saw in my chart at the doctors they want to induce me at 39wks. This was never communicated to me to begin with. There was only a small discussion that “baby is measuring a bit big. We’ll do an ultrasound at 38wks and see how things are before we make any decisions”.

If I have no other health concerns, is it okay to deny my induction? I don’t want to be induced and specifically because that would mean I’m induced ON Christmas.
