Did anyone get pregnant using condoms ? My period is 7 days late. I tested over the past 5 days and all of it’s negative. My period has never been late except when i was pregnant with my son 3 years ago. Any advice ?

Im on and off cramping. There was some spotting when i wiped 3 days ago but other than that nothing. My nipples also feel like they are chapped. Any advice ?
