Any advice or anyone experience something similar

Idk what’s going on.. had a normal period in august didn’t have one September then had the weirdest spotting that would come an go and I didn’t need a pad or tampon for about 9 days in October and I’ve missed my period again! Any advice or anyone experience this no I’m not pregnant I took a test two days ago BFN!
