Evening Primrose Oil
Soo today my midwife gave me the okay to start trying to induce labor on my own. I'm 37 w & 3 days with my first baby. she advised to vaginally insert gel capsules of the evening primrose oil about 3 times a day, soo i've just inserted my first one before bed. Has anyone used this & have any tips , Thanks in advance! Also if you have any ways to induce labor please comment lol
