My relationship is complicated. It's a LDR and our communication has been not so great. I told him I need some time to talk to him. He works long hours but has about 3 days off. When he's off he'll play video games or hang out with his buddies. That's great and I don't want him to leave that. All I'm asking for is at least an hour of his time even if it's out of one day. I just want to talk to him... am I asking for too much?

I feel like I'm giving more than I am receiving. Then when i give him the same energy then he catches an attitude and calls me out on it.

Am I wasting my time here?

I'm flying out to see him in a couple of months. (Which is a whole other conversation)
