11dpo and breaking out

I’m 11-12 dpo and have broke out with spots wasn’t here yesterday🤷🏻‍♀️never broke out with spots for period been testing but negative have had cramps like af is coming due in 3 days has anyone ever had this and got a bfp also been having sore boobs for around 10 days dk if that means something aswell usually only get sore boobs right before af ?
