7dpo anyone else see anything

Hi so we just lost a baby in an early miscarriage on November 1st. I know I ovulated on the 22nd, I get really bad ovulation pain plus the ovulation test was positive. Anyway my husband and I did the deed and this is my test, does anyone else see it? I'm definitely testing tomorrow with a blood test. We've had 5 pregnancies with only one live birth, my son who is 9 months!!! Hopefully we'll have another one soon🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞
