Can you still get preeclampsia this far along postpartum ?

Blood pressure was extremely high when I saw the doctor yesterday I had baby middle of august but I’m already on BP medication and it’s been normal so far with the medication and I always get very nervous when I go it was 160/110 yesterday and I saw it was high so I got more scared and they took it again it was even higher. it’s been high all day today now and I’ve been feeling lightheaded and off. Can anxiety make it go up so high? How did I go to having it normal with the bp medicine I’m on now and I go to doctor and it messes it completely off 😭
