I don’t understand what’s happening. I got maybe about 7 positive home pregnancy tests over a week span , but when I went to the emergency room tonight they did a blood test and told me I’m not pregnant and I have no hcg levels. I’m not sure what to think or what to do. How is this even possible like I don’t understand I missed my period I’ve gotten multiple positives, no bleeding or severe back pain or cramps , I had one day where I had a little cramping and in my discharge there was the smallest amount of brown in it. But that has been it , that’s all nothing else I’ve been bloated,gassy, hungry all the time, tired all the time. Like I just don’t understand even a digital test was positive. Urgent care tests have been positive, Amazon dip sticks have been positive and the lines aren’t getting lighter they started out light and have just been getting darker and darker ever since. Could it be that his semen through off my period? And that’s why I missed it ? But it just doesn’t make sense about the 7 positive home pregnancy tests. SOMEONE HELP , should I be giving up hope 😪😪😪
