Post abdominal surgery scars

Hey y’all, so I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy a month ago and I have 4 incisions on my belly. My OB told me I would feel tiny knots under my incisions from my internal stitches (no big deal) but is it normal for one to be extremely sore and swollen? I haven’t done anything I wasn’t suppose to be doing. No heavy lifting, no extreme exercises or anything and definitely not had sex! I’m doing everything by the book over here ha! But this one incision hurts. I’ll add a pic but may not be able to tell much! I added a pic of the single one that’s swollen then the other two to show the difference!
