Faint line?? Spotting 2 days ago

I had spotting 2 days ago. Im 5 days late and 7 months postpartum. It could easily just be my hormones just being wacky but we had unprotected sex so the chance of pregnancy is there. I’m sure I’m just overthinking. I’ve ALWAYS had line eyes so need some help determining if there’s actually something here or not. Thinking I’ll just test again in 2 days regardless!
