Is it me or does he have issues?
Is this a communication fail on my end?
So Sunday my sis had asked for me to start her hair on Monday because she had a cruise coming up. Before answering, I told my fiancé “hey my sis wants me to start her hair tomorrow, is this cool?” He said yea. I told him she would be coming after work so like 6 ish. Monday comes, my sister come over like 6:30 and I start on her hair. My fiancé kept his distance kind of, stayed in the kitchen. He calls me to the kitchen and ask to I have a lot left (mind you I had just started) I told him I was just doing the front and the back but I was still on the back. Eventually he goes upstairs, he came down a few times I guess to see how much I had completed. Around 8:30 he calls me upstairs and with an attitude says how much more do you have. I told him I was on the front and I was working as fast as I could. He then goes on to tell me it’s taking too long, he doesn’t understand why it’s taking so long and that it’s was almost 9. Frustrated, I almost answered well I don’t have a bedtime (but I stopped myself). He goes so you going get smart, that’s what you going to do…and the story is longer the argument gets worse but that’s another story smh.
He says I suck at communicating because
1. I told him last minute that she wanted her hair done (he likes to know EVERYTHING farther ahead, like a week before and he likes for me to remind him multiple times before the event).
2. I didn’t keep him abreast on the status of her hair while doing it. Meaning “I got 10 braids left which might take me a 10 mins”
