I mean depends how credible this “rumor” is.. a lot of rumors are just garbaged spread by someone with an agenda. I don’t like to judge people based off of what other people say, a lot of people gossip bullshit & I like to form my own opinions on people.

It’s quite common in my country. Cousins marry here but honestly it’s so disgusting to me even if it’s completely normalized here. I wouldn’t continue the relationship if I were you.
