TTC, Doc says my AMH is on the low side 😓
Same time last year I had a miscarriage and decided I would stop trying since it was traumatic. My diet wasn’t very good. I drank lots of caffeine, cold beverages (non-alcoholic) stress level was high, and consumed lots of junk.
This time around I’ve been behaving. Changed my diet for a month + with no caffeine and taking supplements like Maca root, progesterone cream, magnesium, prenatal, B12 liquid, and D3 liquid. I am trying not to think about conceiving because I’m an overthinker and can overwhelm myself. This week was my fertile window and hopefully I’ll get a BFP. I am feeling back pain and cramping that feels like fluttering (weird I know) but it’s what I feel every time I’m going through ovulation. TTW is the most painful and I’m just trying not to think about it. How are you all distracting yourselves and staying less stressed?
