Cycle day 1 any cycle buddies?
I went to 15dpo and today is cycle day 1. I am on myo-inositol powder to help me ovulate. I have pcos and then after ovulation I take progesterone because my luteal phase is way too short.
Anyone at cycle day 1? I was hoping it was going to be my month but it wasn’t. I’m also attempting bbt for the first time. My thermometer doesn’t come in until Sunday so I’m making do with a normal household thermometer until then.
