First time pregnacy
Hi! I just found out I’m pregnant after 4 years of trying, I’m super excited but I have no idea what Im doing lol so if I could get some advice on things to stay away from and things that I need to be to taking or eating that would be so great! I also am questioning caffeine, I read no more than 300 mg a day and I usually drink an energy drinking with 300 mg so I will be cutting that out but I’m curious about it in general, would it be better to cut it out all together? I just want to do the best thing to help my little squish healthy! TIA
