Hello I need a little bit of advice I will make this short so my sister has a son which is my nephew I live with my sister my nephew and my mother but my sister is in the military and she had to go away for six months due to her military job so she asked my mother to babysit her son while she was gone so since I live with my sister my mother and nephew my mother decided that even though she told my sister she would babysit her son full-time that she could throw the baby off on me anytime she wanted , like sometimes if she wanted to go to another city she would just leave the baby with me not caring if I had to go to work or not so a lot of the times it was affecting my job which is serious because if I don’t work I have no money at all so I contacted my sister by phone and said hey even though our mother don’t have a job she doesn’t really want to babysit full-time for you like she said

so you need to get a babysitter and I will help you with finding a babysitter and whatever you need me to do if I can . So whenever I told my sister that she said why don’t you just watch him ? I said I can’t because I have a life and a job and he’s not my child . Then months went by and weeks went by and Still She didn’t save any money or prepare to help me with helping her get the child a daycare.

And then my mother said that she wanted to go somewhere for a month straight so I figured that if she went somewhere for a month straight I will be the one having to babysit for a month straight and then I won’t have a job anymore so I also told my mother hey we should get the baby a daycare and she said no , so time went by and time went by and my mother still continued to up and leave the baby with me knowing that I had to get ready to go to work and so I had enough of it I then contacted the Childs father to let him know that he may have to babysit his son until the mother gets back from work . so here’s the thing with the child’s father, him and my sister have a custody battle going on that I really did not have clear knowledge about , the father took my sister to court in order to get visitation rights for the child , me being dumb I contacted the father not knowing that the father has a issue with our side of the family so during our conversation I noticed he was asking me my name where I live and who watches the baby primarily and things like that so the whole me time talking to the father he is reporting things to their custody case trying to get me into trouble a long with my sister and mother because the agreement on the court order states that if my sister has to be deployed the father would be the next in line to care for the child, my sister told me not my mother nothing about this. Now the child’s father wants to send the police to the home and then me and my mother would get in trouble when my sister never told us or explained to us anything about their whole custody agreement, I made a mistake when I contacted the child’s father I spilled some details that he wouldn’t have otherwise known in order to get me in trouble I told him that my sister is on deployment and that my mother is babysitting the child for her so by me trying to get the child a babysitter I end up being dumb and putting myself in some type of law court situation so what should I do from this point?
