False labor

Almost 37 weeks. My son sent me into false labor today (definitely felt like real labor) with his craziness and then a walk as an attempt to calm him down. The walk was quite relaxing but the midwife came and checked me then the contractions stopped. Now I'm told no physical activities 😭
