Ovulation?

Is this ovulation discharge or something else? Supposed to be on BC but kinda haven't taken it in a few weeks. Had a few twinges and pains in my left side lower stomach a few times this week and then tonight went to the bathroom and got this, now having some very dull cramping but not like period cramping. What could it be?
