Y'all I don't know what to do or to think. I haven't had to take a plan b in 5 years but I had to last month

Here's the story-

My husband and I of nine years had a miscommunication that would be a whole other story to explain but essentially it led to me needing to get a plan b.

I wasn't able to take it for about 36 hours (needed a ride to the store because he had work and I had no car and it's a whole other story with that)

Everything seemed fine!!

Until I started bleeding!!!

Let's put it like this - I had my period on day one, it ended on day 6, then a few days later I took plan b, then suddenly on day 13 I got a new period!!! Barely a week in between periods!! And it only lasted a couple days and was light and I didn't cramp as much, which I guess makes sense. My body could barely recover from the last period right?

Well it has been six weeks since that first period and four + weeks on that second one. I'm a tad late. I'm just worrying because I've never had two periods in a row like that before and idk if I should be worrying about pregnancy or if this is just some plan b bs. Has this happened to anyone?

Also please don't tell me to get on bc or to use condoms. I do use them. This was a one time incident
