I’m guessing boy just bc they say the boys are lazy (true with my son. He never changed positions much or at all after the first trimester. My ob would laugh and say “yup he’s in the same spot as last time.”) and looks like you have a little sun bathing teddy bear in your ultrasound. ☺️ 🧸
