Is it dangerous to use both seatbelts on the nuna car seat?

My husband installed it, anyways I came across a rotating car seat incident post and the issue was they used both safety belts. Is this the same for nuna?

Read your car seat’s manual. I don’t have a nuna but I know my seat’s manual says in a warning box not to use both latch and the seat belt.

For the rotating seat incident using both the latch and seat belt is not what caused the seat to come detached from the base, those seats are just not safe in my opinion and that most likely would have happened if the seat was installed with only one or the other. 
HOWEVER most seats are NOT able to be installed with both the latch and seatbelt so please read your car seat manual AND your vehicle owner manual to know for sure if your specific seat and vehicle allows for both to be used. Most likely it does not and you need to choose one or the other before your child is put in the vehicle.
