What is this?! Babys head?!

Hi! I’m 38 weeks and 3 days and since today I’m feeling the worst pain, it’s not lighting crotch cause I’ve been having those for a while now. The only way I can explain it is like a muscular pain between my legs that hurts everytime I walk, stand or try to go backwards, even my butt cheeks hurts but like I said kind of a muscular pain. It’s so weird. This is my third baby and in my other 2 babies never got engaged, could this mean the head is in position? My C-section is scheduled for the 7th but I’m thinking this baby has other plans. 😳😳
