Cough and catarrh
Last week Sunday had a congestion in my chest. Boiled ginger and turmeric, took the tea and on Monday I coughed up gray phlegm. Later got an expectorant. Finished the expectorant and still have the cough. And today I feel like I'm cold plus I already had catarrh before the cough. And the catarrh still on(no blocked sinus just clear mucus).
What do I do about the cough? I'm concerned.
