I have an 8 nearly 9 week puppy he always tries to play with my 3 year old however he constantly tries to bite his trousers when he does this he growls or if my 3 year old tries to pick him up (3 year olds only done it twice have told him not to pick him up again) he never growls at me though is that normal?

What can I look out for so I know if he’s going to aggressive when he gets older?

He’s not food aggressive or territorial my 3 year old can take toys off him without any growling and he barks all night downstairs and the neighbour complains so he sleeps upstairs with us with my 3 year old in my room n shows no aggression to my 3 year olds bed he’s not shown new people aggression either. He’s not vaccinated till the middle of December so I can’t take him out as of yet.

I also have a 3 month old and he shows no agression towards the baby or growls or anything
