37 weeks 1 day does this look like my mucus plug ? I had stitch removed yesterday and to been spotting but when I wipe this morning this come out.

Maybe a little bit. They should’ve told you to expect some bleeding and mucus plug to come out following the stitch removal. They touched the cervix which loosened the plug and caused irritation.
Watch for contractions or water breaking. Bloody show and mucus plug aren’t good signs to watch for in this situation!
