Period all over the place
I started working nightshift from the 23rd of October and since then my period has been all over the place. Today it was meant to start in 10 days, went out for the day and thought omg stomach is so sore, like the cramps just when your period starts and went to the loo, low and behold there’s light pink so I think it’s showing itself early again! Can this be because of my change in schedule with sleeping/weird eating times or something worse?
