Hey ladies, I’ve got quite a few autoimmune conditions - sjogrens, pots, raynauds, lupus, RA, and fibromyalgia. Possibly a few others but unconfirmed. I used to have stuff like this happen to me back before I got married, but I made huge strides through holistic, homeopathic, herbal, and nutritional health towards putting my body into a more healthy state and over the course of 7 years, two pregnancies, things have generally been decent. I’ve been able to function, my flares were predictable and salvageable before they became full blown…. Today was off the wall and I’m still feeling sick, but better… out of nowhere I started shaking uncontrollably, almost like a seizure but not quite the same. I got chills, super cold, shivering violently (it’s 80 degrees in the house and I’m wearing a sweatshirt, pants, and socks), massive migraine to the point where I could see or talk well, and super weak- was dizzy and couldn’t stand up or move on my own for a second. My husband grabbed me, quickly brought me some juice, and made me some food saying he thought maybe I was having a hypoglycemic shock type thing (he has some EMT training from way back). Anyways it did help enough that he was satisfied I didn’t need medical attention, and now two hours later I’m finally starting to feel “alive” again.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I’ve had them before and it used to be often. My allopathic doctors couldn’t figure out what it was and they still don’t know nor have a name for it. My holistic doctor said nerve damage to the brain (which I have, long story) can cause episodes like this. Curious if anyone else has ever experienced anything like it??
