I have a 3 month old. She will be 4 months on Christmas Day.

I EBF I only pump if I have to give a bottle/not around baby.

I see so many people stating they their 3 month old only eats about 7-8 times a day so I guess that would be every 3 hours. Mine is still BF 8-14 times a day.

She seems satisfied is gaining weight but she still eats about every 1.5-2.5 hours during the day and wakes every 4 hours at night to eat.

I’m guessing this is normal but during the day making me question of my supply is enough
