I originally booked the session for my husband. He had no idea but I wanted to give him something personal from myself. It's then that I've come to realize that the shoot was actually for me. Since having my youngest 13 months ago and a mmc late September, I've body shamed my own self image. My husband would ask me "why do you think you're not attractive to me" and I was always too scared to tell him that I didn't see myself as good enough. After seeing myself in these pictures, I've come to realize that we need to love ourselves first. It isn't healthy to talk badly upon yourself. If you ever have a chance to book the shoot, do it! Remember that confidence is sexy.
