I got canker sores under my tongue and they are going away but the corner of my lip got those red dots and is a bit red and flaky. Does anyone know what this is? And am I safe to do intimate things with my partner? My dentist only saw the sores and said they were canker sores but I didn’t know about the dryness and the red dots till today. I just wanna be safe with my partner both sexually and just kissing. Help please😭
