Anxiety & depression
I always seem to drown in my own thoughts and it causes me horrible anxiety. Like I get so in my head about things and I can’t find a way to escape. I get to the point where I’m literally on the floor crying because I’m overthinking every situation that has happened to me. Recently, me and this guy ended on bad terms and I’ve been replaying the argument we had over and over in my head. I try to calm myself down because I know if I keep thinking about it, it’ll just cause me to literally have a breakdown. But I can never seem to get all the negative thoughts out of my head. It consumes me and makes my life miserable. If anybody has advice on how to get out of my own head, PLS share!!
