Canadian moms ! Tooth brushing
So my son who is 7.5 months his 1st tooth is about to break though. I feel like the very tip may of broken through today but I’m having a hard time getting a good look.
Anyways my question is fluoride or no fluoride?. I’m getting alot of conflicting information. I called my dental office and they said no fluoride… on the Canadian dental association website they said depending on the child if high risk for tooth decay use it. If not use only a moist toothbrush.Dentists at the hospital told my sister it’s an outdated recommendation to not use fluoride. Her dental office/ dentist says all babies / young children should use it but a very very small amount.
Use it or dont? Like how do you know what to do if nobody is on the same page ? I’m so confused
