I have a swollen lymph node in my groin area on the right side. It has been there for two weeks…about the size of a marble. I sometimes cross my leg underneath my butt and sit that way (it’s comfortable for me) but last night I hit the lymph node with my heel and it hurt like hell.

I went to my OB and he touched it and said it’s just a swollen lymph node and should go away within a month but I thought most should go away within a couple weeks.

I’m also just getting over the flu. Could that have caused it?? I figured the flu would’ve caused enlarged lymph nodes in my neck, head, and ear area but not in the groin.

Would love to hear from anyone with experience with something like this. I’m feeling super worried for some reason.
