Working out while pregnant

Currently 16 weeks pregnant, I feel when I do any cardio, I feel overall great just in general even before pregnancy. I’ve been very fortunate to have little to no symptoms this entire pregnancy. As the winter comes, currently -10F i can’t walk outside, I only have an elliptical. Is it safe to stay active on that? I haven’t used it in over a year. 10 minutes per day? Nothing strenuous. I was not as active first trimester and wanted to know if it’s ok to start back up.
