TW: Mention of a loss

I am struggling so bad tonight with my mental health. I feel so out of control, I feel like God hates me, or is punishing me.

I experienced a loss.

I should be 22 weeks pregnant.

I am shattered tonight.

We are on cycle 4.

2 of those cycles were 9 day luteal phases. (Last one was because of covid)

I’m doing all I can to be physically healthy.. but my mental just isn’t ok
