Am I pregnant?

I am usually on time with my period and right now it is 1 day late. I am trying not to get my hopes up but I have taken tests in the morning and at night and all negative. No vfls at all. Do I need to be concerned that something else is going on? Or should I wait until next week to test again? Also, the tests were pink dye, I use Pregmate. My husband and I just got married in October and we are actively ttc. Please Help!!!!

Periods aren't that perfectly regular. It's very normal to have some variation without it being a concern. Doctors generally don't get concerned unless you go 3 months without a period. You'll need to give it time. 
I highly suggest tracking with OPKs and/or BBT so you actually know what's going on. Apps and averages will lead you astray.

I am in a very similar situation right now! AF is two days late now. I’m guessing I ovulated later this cycle. Trying to wait until Friday to test again if she doesn’t show up before then! Baby dust!
