IVF success?

I’m starting IVF for the first time in a couple of weeks, I’m so nervous. Any success stories and any tips for a successful round? 🤞🏾🙏🏾💕 we’ve been trying for 6 years now and lost my baby at 6 weeks along with my fallopian tube back I’m July, hoping IVF will help us get our rainbow baby. #positivevibes

Sitting here watching my 2 month old baby girl on her swing 💖 a successful fresh transfer from my first IVF cycle with unexplained infertility. My only blastocyst out of 8 fertilized eggs! Quality over quantity 😊 good luck !! Stay positive.

IVF is a fickle thing and, unfortunately, it'll either work or it won't. Do whatever you can to alleviate your stress during the process. I worked out, hiked & journaled during my 2.5 year IVF stint. It kept me grounded. Finding your outlets and utilizing them appropriately are definitely helpful in this process. 
I've not done acupuncture but have seen many on here that did and it did help them relax. It was about a 50/50 on CPR and LBRs, though. I have seen studies that do point to an increase in CPR, but not LBR. It's definitely worth exploring if you're into it! Meditation and yoga are also a great outlets and utilized by many on the ivf boards. 
I will advise against taking anything that has not been recommended to you by your physician. Doing so could have detrimental effects on your cycle. 
Ultimately, just find things to keep yourself busy in whatever capacity you deem helpful or relaxing. Good luck!!

Ivf/fertility acupuncture boosts your chances by about 20%. I did 8 sessions before retrieval. It added about another $1000 to it all but it was worth it. You also go the day of transfer and right after transfer. You can request day 3 transfer- there is usually a big drop in embryos from day 3-5. I also would suggest not testing the embryos. It’s not always accurate and you loose potentially normal embryos. I had a tested one transferred and it didn’t take. Did some research and decided not to test again. I’ve had 3 non tested take. All normal. Make sure your taking vitamin d and e- folate instead of folic acid.
