How much is it?

My insurance Co pay is 20% and I want to know 20% of what so I can really think if we can afford this. If it's 100k and I get pinned with 20k, what happens if I need a new car or the scarier more realistic thing... I don't likely have milk production due to a surgery, how do I feed this kid or twins...
