Baby won’t sleep for me

Alright, I am upset enough to post this! Haha I am really sad because I struggle to get my 10 week old to sleep. I rock her, make sure she’s changed and well-fed prior and she’ll get sleepy in my arms. I go to put her in her bassinet and her eyes open right up and she is awake. I have tried putting her in drowsy and also completely asleep to no avail. My husband and her grandma can get her down no problem so I don’t get what I’m doing wrong as her mom. Anyone else have this problem?
