Same cycle every other month???

Wtf is wrong with my period? One month it’s the 1st-5th next month it’s the 5th-9th and the pattern is the exact same every other month! What the hell. I’m 31 and never experienced this before.

Most woman have a cycle every 28 days not once per month. Since our months have different amount of days it can vary month to month when it starts. I would count your cycle days, 26-37 day cycles are common. Unless it varies significantly I wouldn’t be concerned.

Periods can change for many reasons such as hormones, travelling, stress, illness etc if you’re worried, maybe contact a doctor :)
