Has anyone had this happen?

I had a faint positive test on the 1st of December

Then a negative test on the 4th of December

Then a negative blood test on the 5th of December

I have had past miscarriages. But I'm just so confused. I was having some possible symptoms. Then I got the positive. I was so happy but scared. Then I had hard painful cramping on the 4th when I got the negative test. Since the 4th I've had very painful cramping. I've never had such bad cramping before. So bad I went to the er the night of the 5th. Most of me feels like this was yet again another miscarriage. But idk if this has ever happened to anyone else or if maybe I'm just having the worse period of my life.
