I. Know I am young but I am 11 and I just got my period not that much but got things I should know?

Tampons can make you more crampy, menstrual cups can help with lessening the cramps - but it's a skill and process to learn. It lessens my cramps but because of the process, I'm not always up to using it. 
Period blood is not just blood, clots are normal. 
The frog yoga pose relieves period cramps. Heating pads are great too. Anti-inflammatories help, like Midol (naproxen), Advil (ibuprofen). 
We often sync up, so if there are other menstruating occupants in your house, you might get to all be uncomfortable at the same time 🤗 ughhh. The joys 😂 
Won't sugar coat it, but I also won't make a scene. It's a normal part of our life and you get accustomed to some little helpful tips that make those days go by. Seriously, frog pose is one I wish I could tell my 10 year old self when I started.

It’s normal to have headaches and stomach hurting 😩 the first time my head was pounding, stay away from tampons and use pads for now. Avoid eggs (they make your blood smell funny) and dark sodas as this will make you cramp up more, I change my pad a lot like every two hours (that’s what I did) also if you have a cup rinse yourself with water from time to time. Blood makes you stink even after showers.

Also like the person commented track your period to see how long it is, it can go up to 7 days. The date you got your period is the day you will always have it so let’s say today is the 7th expect it every 7th if it doesn’t come that day don’t worrry periods can be late but if it changes to different dates than most likely you are irregular.

I am so so sorry you got it so early! First tell a parent if you are comfortable with it, or somone you trust. Make sure you have stuff you need and try out different products and see what ones you like best as time goes on. Let in bed, don’t feel guilty for crying or getting too upset. Sleep well and eat as healthy as you can. Congratulations and welcome to womanhood. I remember when I got my first period and it was so terrible and scary for me. Start tracking when they are to help get an idea on when it will start each month, find the most comfortable product for you to catch the blood, and remember there is nothing embarrassing or nasty about having a petting
