5 cm dilated, 80% effaced = Nada!

I've been at those measurements for 4 days now, and nothing! The doctors and nurses are all so surprised that I'm so far along as a FTM (due 12/31). I just knew my baby would be on his way in no time, but nope! The doctor could feel his head during the cervix check!
