Success with 7.5MG Letrozole

Hello friends! I have had 2 pregnancies naturally this year but both were miscarriages.

I am starting a cycle of 7.5mg of letrozole this month and want to know if anyone has conceived on this dosage. I am taking 3 pills a day CD 3-7 for 6 cycles (unless I conceive sooner). Any success stories would be appreciated! Also sending lots of good luck to anyone battling infertility during the holidays ❤️
