Shortened periods and cycles
Hi all,
First time posting. I am 36 years old and I noticed about a year ago my cycles changed from 28 to 26 days and my periods went from about 7 days to 4-5. I know period length does not matter as much as cycle length. Has anyone else experienced this after the age of 35 and is this any sign of pre menopausal or cause any changes of getting pregnant?
