What do i hope for?

I have a history of ectopic, pregnancies and miscarriages, and I found out the other day that I was pregnant. I didn’t even use first morning urine. It was like 130 in the afternoon. I took a test and it was positive. I took a test this morning and it was darker but my hCG level yesterday was only 21.2, so am I miscarrying again or is it just early? This will be my 16th time pregnant and I only have a 16-year-old.  The bottom picture is from Monday afternoon the top pictures from this morning.
